The partial planning package is this for you?
This is perfect for you if you have a venue and suppliers already in mind. But you need some support to finalise those last-minute suppliers and pull everything together for the perfect day. During our initial chat I will establish your budget and discuss what additional support you need. If this is sourcing suppliers, I can help you with my little black book of trusted contacts I have used in the past.
What is included within this package:
- A budget review
- We will assist you in finding the right suppliers for your wedding day. We will carry out research and recommend up to 4 different suppliers for each service provider
- We will assist you with the styling of your wedding, finding the perfect supplier to bring your wedding visions to life.
- One month prior to your wedding day, we will contact all your booked suppliers to introduce ourselves, provide them with the timeline of the wedding day and ensure they have everything they need for your wedding day.
- I will send out an introductory email to your venue so they are aware that we will be overseeing your wedding day.
- We will arrive on site 3 hours prior to your wedding ceremony
- We will meet and greet your suppliers on site and ensure they have everything they need and that they are happy.
- We will settle you both in, ensuring you as a couple have everything you need and all your last minute questions are addressed.
- Greeting your guests on site, welcoming them to your wedding and directing them to the specific areas of the wedding.
- Overseeing the formalities such as ceremony, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cut and first dance.
- Liaise with all suppliers on the day ensuring they know what’s going on.
- Once we have overseen the final formalities, we will leave you to enjoy your evening with your family and friends.
